As part of Wellington Jazz Festival, The Undercurrent presents B.R.O.A.T. Quartet: An Evening of Clowncore!

B.R.O.A.T. is a quartet with a focus on expansive, rock and pop infused jazz music. For one evening only, we are bringing you a selection of music written by the mysterious duo known as Clowncore and arranged by saxophonist Finn Grieve. Joining Finn is Julia Ramsay on keys, Max Stopyra on bass and Ned Rainey on the drums. Expect danceable grooves, driving energy and a healthy amount of swing thrown in with the chaotic beats and abrasive textures of Clowncore's delightful musical body of work. A night of familiar antics complete with a new face of makeup.
